Case 4:
Clinical history:

45-year-old female with acute right-sided peripheral facial nerve palsy. Spontaneous remission of symptoms, but not complete regression on CT and MR imaging (Figs 1, 2 and 3) nine months after the onset of peripheral facial nerve palsy.
